Busan Bank announced that it had successfully sold off it's treasury shares(6,696,249) on August 30. The bank disposed of all the shares through block deals at par value of the closing price(12,300 won per share) on August 29.

 The transaction was carried out in private placement. Regional customers, domestic institutional investors and foreign investors took part in the offering. Due to higher-than-expected competition, there was no discount applied.
