40 million new shares were listed at a fixed price of 5,000 won per share for Busan Bank. The estimated BIS and Tier 1 Ratio will exceed 14% and 9% each. Due to clause 197-1 in the Securities and Exchange Act, 20% priority of new issuance was given to the Employee Stock Ownership Association.
